My Approach

I offer a space for people who want to reconnect with themselves and their bodies. I understand what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself, having navigated my own experiences of trauma and chronic stress. Through that process, I know how meaningful change can happen by building a relationship with the body and learning to trust one’s own experience.

Many of the people I work with are already self-aware and motivated to create change, but find themselves stuck in patterns they can’t shift through thinking alone. They may feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. My work is an invitation to slow down, listen more closely, and develop a more grounded, honest connection with what’s happening internally.

Through somatic counselling, intimacy coaching, and community practice, I offer a client-centred, experiential approach. Sessions focus on exploring what is present in the moment, using the body as a resource for understanding and change. This work isn’t about fixing or forcing outcomes, but about creating a space where people can be met as they are, and where new ways of responding can emerge over time.

People who engage in this work often find a greater sense of connection to themselves, more capacity to navigate emotions, and practical tools they can carry into daily life. It can support a shift from feeling stuck or disconnected toward experiencing more clarity, ease, and self-trust.

Who Am I?

I’m a Certified Sexological Bodyworker and Somatic Sex Educator, a practitioner of the Wheel of Consent®, and trained in Embodied Counselling, Mind-Body Coaching, and Process-Oriented approaches. Where touch is part of the work, it’s offered with care and intention, and shaped by these frameworks.

I live and work on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri people (Melbourne, Australia) and am available for sessions online worldwide. I’m white, queer, non-binary (they/them) and neurodivergent and and I bring an ongoing awareness of power, identity, and lived experience into the way I hold space.

I have lived experience in ethical non-monogamy, kink & BDSM, and adult industry work, and am particularly committed to working with these communities and LGBTIQA+ people, offering spaces that are grounded, curious, and consent-led.
