What to expect in a session

  • We may begin with a grounding exercise to support you to settle into the space and your body.

  • You can bring a specific intention, or we can follow what feels alive in the moment.

  • I will support you in exploring what arises—narratively, emotionally, somatically and beyond—encouraging curiosity, presence, and a deeper connection with your embodied Self.

  • We may use breath, movement, visualisation, sound and a variety of other somatic tools to experiment with and facilitate your process.

  • Toward the end, we will reflect on what emerged and explore ways to integrate the experience into your daily life through home practices or ongoing inquiry.

  • This work is not about *fixing*, or forcing change—it is about learning to listen, respond, and be in deeper relationship with yourself, allowing the natural next steps to emerge.
