Practice, explore, and deepen connection with yourself and others.

Community Practice spaces are an opportunity to explore your relationship with your body, your boundaries, and your pleasure in a supported, group environment. Through guided exercises, somatic practices, and shared inquiry, you’ll have the opportunity to ‘try things on’, deepen your skills, and develop new ways of relating.

Whether you’re joining a one-off workshop or an ongoing group, this work is grounded in curiosity, consent, and the lived experience of the body—offering a space to practice, connect, and learn alongside others.
